Welcome to Tierra y Luna

We are a vibrant, multi-faceted initiative rooted in creativity, education, and community-building initiatives. Founded by Hannah Garcia, an artist, educator, and environmental scientist, Tierra y Luna bridges the worlds of creativity, inclusive science and arts education, and projects that focus on building sustainable, community-focused systems.

Our mission is to build an ecosystem of access: access to learning, to land stewardship, to collective prosperity, and to the joy of creation. We believe equitable access to meaningful science and arts education is a critical foundation for strong, self-sustaining communities. Through our expanding network of creative workshops, educational resources, and community projects, we aim to empower all ages. We’re looking to offer Arts & STEM programs from toddlers to teens, and lifelong learners. Always encouraging exploration, creativity, and expansion of knowledge.

At the heart of our work is a commitment to community resilience. Tierra y Luna's co-op initiative harnesses the power of collective buying to reduce costs on art and science supplies, while supporting local makers, growers, and service providers. Our platform connects consumers with handmade goods, homegrown resources, and local services, making it easier for small businesses and independent creators to thrive together.

Beyond the co-op, Tierra y Luna is committed to visionary ecological infrastructure. Our regenerative infrastructure proposals offer solutions to the growing issues of energy-intensive industries. We’re also aiming to transform the way in which communities are constructed through proposing new approaches to domestic infrastructure on both the large and small scale.

Whether you're buying art, attending a workshop, or dreaming bigger with us, you're helping build a more connected, creative, and sustainable world.

Tierra y Luna is more than a brand. It is a movement. It is community. It is the village.
